Rhea Chakraborty is distressed as people have been vilifying and witch-hunting her ever since she has been accused by her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput's family who filed an FIR against her. Since then, the actress has become the prime suspect in his death case. Even though she is not proven guilty, the public has already proven Rhea guilty. The Jalebi actress was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday and was moved to women's jail today. After which, the actor/ producer Nikhil Dwivedi has also come forward to showcase his support for her and even offered a job opportunity to Rhea.
While sharing a tweet to his Twitter handle, Nikhil mentioned that when all the chaos is over, he would like to work with her, despite what everyone is talking about her. He also mentioned that the way people are behaving right now is unfair, unlawful and it is not how civilised countries behave.' His tweet read, "#Rhea I didn't kno u. I dn't kno wht kind of person u r. May b u r as bad as u r being made out to b. May b u r not. Wht I do kno is tht how its all played out for u is unfair, unlawful & not how civilised countries behave. Whn all ths is over we wud like to work wth u @Tweet2Rhea"
Meanwhile, after she was arrested, Rhea reportedly named Sushant Singh Rajput and told NCB that she used to get and consume drugs on SSR’s behest during her interrogation session. Responding to her statement, SSR’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti slammed the actress for blaming it on ‘dead’. She tweeted, “Dead can’t speak so blame it on the dead! Shame!! #WorldUnitedForSSRJustice.”

On the other hand, other than Nikhil supporting Rhea, many celebs from the tinsel town took to their social media account to showcase their support for Ms Chakraborty as they started trending 'smash the patriarchy'
